Review of Valour Patisserie & Bistro :
I've only tried the croissants, but they are indicative of the overall quality. I'm not sure what brought a French pastry chef to Hillsborough, NC, but I hope he stays here and open for a very long time.

A surprising menu. This is a tavern and one normally doesn't get fresh organic veggies and house smoked meats in a tav. Artery choking, deep fried is available but there are options.…more
