The collection rotates daily, so there's always something new to look at. Combine these elegant heirloom pieces with colorful African art, including vibrant reverse glass paintings, tribal masks, yards of shiny Senegalese fabrics, woven handbags and baskets wrought from calabash gourds, and you've got quite a collection.

Best African Import Store In The State. I scour stores, catalogs and the Internet for unique African art, fabrics, baskets etc. French Connections has everything you're looking for and it is all so beautiful. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. This is truly the best place in NC to buy African imports, maybe even the entire southeast.

The Eclectic Mix. Worth the drive down to Pittsboro to see an amazing mix of French Antiques and African Arts and Crafts in a neat 1895 Historic House. From Huge armoires to the perfect small unique gift they have it all. Be ready the place is loaded !
