Great experience recently. I had a minor repair on my BMW which wasn't purchased at Performance. They treated me very well, did the repair quickly and affordably, and made me feel like a long-time customer. I will definitely go back!

The service department is always responsive to my needs and professional in their performance. I started using them after I was disatisfied with another dealership and though they are a couple miles out of my way I gladly make the drive knowing that I will get everything I need at Performance BMW
I have always had excellent experience with the service department at Performance BMW. Appointments are made on line and my service advisor was always ready for my car when I arrived. The car has been serviced in good time and has always come back to me very clean and ready to go. This experience has include 3 BMWs and I would highly recommend Performance BMW.
Courteous Sales Dept..
This is my first BMW (X6). I am excited about my vehicle, and yes, after driving a luxury foreign car for the first time, I can honestly say I can feel the difference.
The service team were very courteous and patient with my family and I and very informative as well.
Overpriced Double the price than closest dealer. Took my 2001 325xi in for service and I received a call from my advisor Ashley Walker saying that I needed cv boots, oil pan gasket and rear diff resealed. He said that if I didn't have these replaced I could end up on the side of the road, having to get my car towed to a service facility. Well, I told him to complete the work. It was done the following day but my bill was expensive. Two weeks later I had a flat and was near Leith BMW and took it there to be fixed. As they were fixing my flat I asked them how much it would of been for the same service and to my shock it would have been almost half the price. I will never take my car to Performance. Not only did I get ripped off I feel that Ashley lied to get me to buy the work.
Nice people and work hard to please. I'm on my 3rd BMW (happy with each), so I've come to know the service department at Performance BMW well, fortunately, mostly for scheduled service. This Friday evening I had an acute event, and they fit me in Saturday morning. Maurice Bryant, my "counselor", is great - almost reason to drop in to visit on principle. In any case, I had a problem with VANOS system, which they repaired per protocol. It took a few hours while I waited and read a book. The time was as advertised, I was updated regularly, and things seem fine. They've been consistent, and I've been pleased. I can recommend, and I'll be back.
Impressive Customer Service. I've never bought a BMW before, but have owned several vehicles, most of them new. I half expected to be hurried through the purchasing experience once the salesman discovered I wasn't buying new. That could not be farther from the truth! The salesman educated me on all of the bells and whistles that a BMW has. He met with me near the end of closing time, and stayed late just to help me. When we discovered our closing would take us past the closing time of the detailing shop, he came to my work a couple days later, picked up my car and took it to be detailed and filled with gas, then returned it. These folks are all so very helpful and polite, well beyond what I've ever experienced before.
Excellent Service!. I had several peers of mine recommend Performance BMW and now that I'm the proud new owner of a 328i I can understand why they made the recommendations. The sales department was very knowledgeable and the service department has been top notch! I'm glad I made the decision to drive across Wake county to Chapel Hill to deal with Performance.
Superior Service Dept.
After many years of using the service department at Leith, I made the switch to Performance. From the moment I arrived I knew that I had made the right decision. Staff was knowledgeable, courteous and went out of their way to accommodate me. Jason Nunnery was my service advisor and he could not have been more helpful.
I wish I had made the switch years ago!
