Durham >Aesthetic Solutions
What a sham!. Services are pathetic! Check out the video clip on Local ABC news. They will not let me post it here. New device (Exilus) tightens and tones. Check out their video clip. I mean, a so called "Doctor" named Dr. Cox is letting patients think that you can "spot reduce fat" and the clip even says it does not have much success! Plus, her testimonial was this young guy in his 20's! OMG! LOL! I was going to try the place out for botox. However, I had a friend who went there and her friend also went there for this so called "fat melting procedure" and they said they got taken for $1100 and $1800 for a few sessions that didn't do anything. They said the staff told them - "well it just didn't take for you and doesn't work for some." "it only has a 15% - 20% success rate when it DOES work" What? Really? Can you steal peoples money or what! She said the office was clueless on information and customer service. She said they had no supplemental fitness program or nutritional follow up guidelines to assist in getting results and the "Doctor" was more in to promoting herself than being helpful. Someone call a lawyer and sue for fraud to the public!!! Exilus = JOKE! Beware!!
Great Place, Great People. I love Aesthetic Solutions. They are so accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. They have a device called an Exilus that reduces fat and tightens skin with almost no pain. There is no cutting, just heat applied and gives amazing results. Oh, and did I mention that it's very inexpensive too. The staff is so friendly and I feel like I've been knowing them forever.
Agree with Cold and Very Difficult. Just a bad vibe...from phone to appointment. Felt like they didn't have time for the appointment, felt like they did not answer my questions. Felt like they were more interested in facebook likes and special of the week than reviews. Just not a warm fuzzy place.
C O L D PLACE. I found them to be very cold and unhelpful with their information. I could not get good information from the doctor as to proceedures and what they specifically were and what they might cost. It was like it was inconvenient for them to see me. And there is a consultation fee so...it just wasn't where I want to entrust my skin or feel about the peopl e"helping" me.
I called to make an appointment with a doc I had already seen there. Would not answer basic questions about a general consult. Would not schedule an appointment without a specific treatment already in mind.IWhen they called to confirm they had scheduled me with another doc. I said I had specifically asked for "my doc" and wanted to see her since she was the reason I had called to schedule an appointment. Handed over two more times and told she was not available on the day of my scheduled appointment and could not reschedule for another month. Thought about just going somewhere else but did not.
When I did go the office staff acted like I was interupting their day and...so by the way...did the doctor.
wanted to get pricing for laser hair removal. ... I attempted to get pricing on laser hair removal for many areas of the body. The website did not have pricing and when I spoke with someone on the phone she was unable/unwilling to provide me with pricing. She would only say that they charge by the number of pulses not by the area. I was trying to compare their prices with the prices of another (Blue Water Spa), who lists their prices very specifically on their website by the area (ie. under arm, bikini, half leg, full leg, etc.). By the way, they both use the same laser (GentleLase). Oh well, I guess I know who will be getting my $4,000+. . .
