Don't pass by... STOP!. For the first time Saturday night my boyfriend and I decided to eat at Kemps. We always pass it on our way to Brier Creek so we decided to give it a try. We both ordered grilled fish, that was grilled to perfection! They also have a good variety of side items other than the usual baked potato and salad. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I can promise you we will be back sooner than you think!

Great Place For Large Groups. we had our mother's birthday this past weekend at Kemp's, we had a large group of 45 people.We had our own room ,

it was ready when we got there, the manager was very friendly and helpful . The food was great and came out on time despite our large number, and it tasted great.

Everybody loved it and more important my mom had a good time.

Always the best!. In short Kemp's has always had the best service and best seafood around town! There is always a smiling face there ready to serve you and always a mound of great fried seafood!

Great to take out also!. I often stop by Kemp's on the way home from work to pick up food for the family. I especially like getting take out from Kemp's because you actually get the same quality and same quantity in your take out as you would when you dine in! A lot of other resturants seem to skim the portions down a little when you take it to go! Its great to know whenever you come to Kemp's, dine in or take out you get your moneys worth!

As good as always. We've been going to Kemp's now for years, even though it's quite a drive for us . It's worth it , we never been disappointed.

Great Family Place. After reading some of the reviews, we decided me and my family to try kemp’s, something different than chain restaurant, the food was great , very friendly staff.The place is very clean and inviting. We will be back.

Better than the Beach!. I have been a regular at Kemps for about 6 months now. I own a place at the beach, and go there often. Never do I eat seafood down there I ALWAYS come to Kemps on the way back! Its the tradition! So believe me when I say that Kemp's is much better than any seafood place at the beach!

VERY IMPRESSED!. Today was my first dining experience at Kemps. I went with a group of about 10 coworkers for lunch. As soon as we opened the door we were greeted with a warm welcome! Once at our table the server promptly took our drink order and once returned took our food order. Amazingly everyones order came out completely right and steaming hot! That's very unusual when go out as a big group. Will definatley be back with family and friends, groups big or small. Did I mention great seafood??

So what.. The interior has changed..Still great Seafood!. I have been a regular patron of Kemp's Seafood House for about a two years now. Yes I was thrown a little off by counterservice, but to me as long as the seafood is great whats the big deal! Recently they did go back to waiting tables, which is nice! Either way didn't bother me as long as the seafood stays the same! So I don't understand why people are so worried about how it looks different inside, it's a resturant you go there to EAT!!! (you won't find any better seafood, even from the beach!) If you haven't been... your missing out!!! Promise!
