Kemp s is gone! It has been replaced by another group with a new name which would have been okay - BUT - they changed the menu! So don t go where Kemp s was if you re looking for a favorite because it might not be there anymore. We looked at their new menu and didn t stay because what we wanted was no longer on the menu (fried shrimp). Don t get me wrong this new place might be fine - it s just not Kemp s!

Not Open !. A group of friends wanted to have lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Websites say it is open at 11am. Well they are wrong! Doesn't open until 5pm. All websites need to be updated with this information.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. I hosted a birthday party at Kemps last night (4/27/11)... The service was great, and the food was outstanding... Great place for family, fun, and events. They provide over the top customer service!! I think the seafood was a great price! We had apprx. 40 guest and everyone loved the food.... In this case you really get what you pay for... Thank you Kemps, for making it a perfect night for our guest....

Good seafood. My husband and I went to Kemp's last Sunday. This was the first time we had been in a couple of months. The food was great as always but the prices had really gone up. The lunch price of $9.99 we usually pay for the grilled and marinated shrimp has gone up $4.00 to $13.99. The dinner price has gone from $13.99 ro $17.99. This is quite an increase. They have been trying to increase their business but such a huge price increase is sure not going to help them. Needless to say, we will not be dining there very often.

Got Towed.....Arggggh Matey. Just a word of warning. If you leave your car parked in the lot at Kemp's, it will be towed and you will have to deal with a real jacka$$ at Biggs&Watson towing. $175, costly mistake. So, if you have a friend that has had too much to drink and doesn't need to drive....better get someone to come back to retrieve their vehicle. It won't be there in the morning.

First time in a 1 1/2 years. Why did I wait??. WOW! My husband and I have not been to Kemp's in about a year and a half. If you have not been in a while you will not believe how great the place looks!

As soon as we opened the door the hostess and I think the manager greeted us so warm and kindly! We had a rather large group with us so we were expecting a long wait, but suprisingly we didn't have to wait long at all. And I just want to emphasize how accomodating they were! Once we were at our table we had barley sat down before the hushpupies arrived. HOT HOT HOT hushpuppies were served. They are so good with butter. I could not believe the service that we recieved with a large group. The order was taken promptly, all of our orders were correct, all of the food was hot and delicious. We had no problem getting beers and wine refilled and there was always someone around filling up our tea's and soft drinks. I also want to make a note my husband is not a seafood eater he got their ribeye steak of which I had to try a bite. It was unbelieveable, as good as any steak I have ever had at a nice steakhouse. End of story. I have never taken time to write any type of review or comment, but we all in our group were so impressed with our entire evening at Kemp's Seafood House I wanted to pass on our good experience.

as good as always. First time we tried Kemp me and my husband last night, it was one of the best dining experience in a while. the quality of the food is far superior than other seafood places, and the prices are very reasonable.our server was very friendly and pleasant. We just found our new favorite place to eat at.

Still the best. Have not been to kemp's in a while, we tried it last night i got my usual house platter, my wife had tuna platter,

one of the best meals we've had in a while.

Service with a smile!. I visit Kemps often whenever I am in the mood for crab legs! I must say that every time I go the staff memebers are very pleasant and courteous to all guests. Its nice to go and have a meal there when you are surrounded by smiling faces who are there and ready to help you!
