A headache.
I live a mile from this Taco Bell. It's the closest one to me so I don't have much other options location wise. Every time i go here, it's a big mess. They are the slowest drive-thru I've even been in. Even if there is only one car in front of you, be prepared to wait about 15 minutes for one burrito.
Staff is always rude. It's a bunch of thugs running the place. They don''t say hello or thank you. And they're more interested in talkign about their cars than paying attention to the people who pay their paycheck.
Food is rarely right. If you want a beef burrito, they will give you a bean one. They rarely get my order right. I went over a 2 month period 6 times, got it wrong each time. And I usually only order 2 thing, so it always shocks me!
It doesnt take a rocket scientist to work at Taco Bell. But in Durham, you get the local trash so you can only expect so much.

Budget-minded families and travelers make a run for America's leading taco chain..
In Short
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
