Bad food. I've eaten here a couple of times, and I thought the food was just really bad.

The service is nice and quick. You order at the cashier and get your own sauces.

At Sakura Express on Franklin St, you can get much better food for the same price. Or Kanki, if you want something fancier.

Don't go here! It's like mall food-court but worse.

Love it!. Ok so I go here at least once a week for lunch and I love it. The food is addictive and healthier than fast food. I love this place and am I glad I don't get closer to it or I would be there a lot more.

my fave take-out joint!. i know some people that don't like japan express, but i think it's because they're ordering all wrong. try the hibachi chicken and you won't be disappointed. i get take-out here whenever i'm in a rush and it's almost like comfort food to me now.

Good Asian Fast Food. Quality ingredients, good service, great prices. Hibachi chicken, shrimp, and scallops are all tasty. Don't forget their yummy sauces.
