Great Place with Bad Service.
Need to change the manager.
Most of Sales person in the store is nice, but the manger.Her service made a bad image for the brand itself. I Loved their style for my entire life, but not their service in Durham store.

Love this store. I have been shopping here for years, and it's still my favorite store in the mall. The salespeople actually try to help you out, rather than ignoring you like at other stores. If I feel like browsing they will leave me alone, but if I need to buy something they are very attentive and actually make sure I have the right sizes and help match things. Much better than some of the other stores in the mall where people just can't be bothered if I need help. Great place to get clothes for work, their suits are really well made and the prices are surprisingly reasonable for an upscale line.

I LOVE Benetton!!!. I have just moved to this area two years ago and I think the UCB location at Southpoint Mall is GREAT!!! The store is much bigger than many I have visited in the Carolinas and there is a large assortment of merchandise for work and play to choose from. The staff is also extremely helpful. They all seem to have good knowledge of the products and were able to help me build several outfits for work. I love shopping there because of the personal attention I receive on every visit, something that many other stores in that mall lack. A+!!!
