BEWARE – I had the worst salon experience of my life at this salon. I was about to leave for a trip last november and needed my blonde roots touched up. My regular stylist was going to be out of town so I figured I would give this salon a try. My roots weren't very bad so I figured it would be a very quick color job. WRONG!!!! I had to wait 2 hours for a stylist named Rose. When she came over she asked what I wanted done and I told her a root touch up. She then made me sign a waiver saying that there could possibly be damage to my hair. I should have ran away then! I signed the waiver figuring everything would be fine because I have been coloring my hair for several years with several different stylists without any problems. I asked her several times if she was SURE she could do my color and she assured me she could. Long story short, she colored my hair WHITE with streaks of blue and purple. I started crying when I saw it and she tried to fix her mistake by washing my hair for about an hour. It was still white with huge streaks of blue and purple. The other staff could tell how upset I was and they kept assuring me the blue would wash out. One girl even had the nerve to say she loves it when she see's people that have blue and purple in there hair because it means they are really blonde! Then they even made me pay full price (around $160) for the services. I had to immediatly turn around and get my hair fixed at another salon where the stylist knew what they were doing. It is six months later and my hair is still recovering from the terrible color and damage. PLEASE if you like you hair DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!
Terrible color and service – I had my color and cut done by Ashley and it was just terrible. She was very impersonable to begin with. The staff is also very unprofessional and acted as if they had all just gotten out of beauty school. They were doing each other's hair and gossiping about other co workers and customers. I thought to myself "What the hell are they going to say about me when I leave here?" It was just a really bad atmosphere to exhibit in front of a client. I understand doing each other's hair and having fun at work. No harm in that, but jeez talking about other customers and co workers? That's just tacky. So after my visit, I go shopping and while in the dressing room, I noticed two big clumps of blonde highlights on each side of my head. I love tucking my hair behind my ears, but it was sooooo embarrasing because I was going to Barcelona, Spain to visit my boyfriend and meet his parents. I went back to see if Ashley was available to correct the coloring, but she had already left for the evening. So I ended up having to go home and correct the color myself after I got back from my trip. I spent the entire trip with my hair styled in a completely different way than what I had hoped for. Also, the highlights were awful. They were so white and washed out. I felt like I had a really cheap hair cut and color. I'm going somewhere else and getting some lowlights and a new cut. Forget this place! It's not worth it!
