Hibachi Express - Apex. I think they need to relook at who they hire to cook their food. The food was not good and it would be good if they could keep the place clean.

Way To Go, Hokkaido !. Hokkaido Experss is a very popular Japanese/Oriental Restaurant today in Triangle Area. The employees are fairly nice and the food is terrific ! Roasted Duck and BBQ Pork is my mouth-watering choice. My daughter lovvves it everytime i bring some to her! Their Oriental DimSum Cuisine: Fresh made Turnip Cakes, Congee, Dumpling, and any other foods are irresistible! And they have Japanese Cuisine Menu too. Price are unexpectedly LOW ! Lunch time are always busy but fast, 3-5 mins per entree they cook -- infront of you on a Hibachi Grill. Good for those WhiteColler like me, rushing in and out during lunch break. There are about 60 seats, includes some round and long tables, good for large group meeting, supper, and even party! Curious? It never hurt to go try it out after a day of work and don't wanna cook, like me :-) A-ri-ga-to (Thank You) Enjoy.
