In Short – Kick back and order up a drink while watching a game on one of nine TVs. Daily beer and martini specials, prime rib Fridays and a seemingly endless menu are all standard here. The main dining area offers plenty of tables, while a room off to the side can be closed off for private parties. On the menu, crowd favorites include the chili, jambalaya and Jack Daniels filet mignon.

Sunset Grille is a neighborhood bar unwilling to serve its most dependable customers. I have been going there every Friday for the past 2 years. This past Friday was my last. I ordered a drink watched the server, serve 3 tables before me! This would have been okay had they ordered before me, but that was not the case. HE NEVER EVEN BOTHERED TO APOLOGIZE! There have been multiple servers that don't ask if anything is needed, They bring drinks when they want, they have gotten attitudes when asking for something or they just don't come to the table at all. I have spoken the owner (the one with the striped pants) and he said that maybe the servers were having a bad night (every Friday is their "bad night"). Absolutely not, he's running his establishment into the ground. Service should be given with a smile and as prompt as possible. That is crucial in making a restaurant run well. Bottom-line is Sunset Grille is a poor excuse for a restaurant. I and several of my friends will be taking our money elsewhere! DO NOT GO HERE!
Good bar for drinking beer, worse knowledgeable bartender within 10-15 miles.

This place has an above average appearance and appears clean and would be a good beer drinking establishment, yet when asking for a mixed drink - you would have better luck with a blind bartender. Bought an amaretto sweet -n - sour and for those who don't know, it's fairly easy to make..
Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz amaretto 3 oz sour mix
Directions: Shake and strain into lowball glass or serve straight in sour glass.
Garnish cherry and orange slice.
Knowledgeable bartender and customer service is their weakness, horrible drink and a unappreciative rude owner who refused to offer something as replacement or refund, I don't need to cheat the bar, I can pay the bill.. I just would have found this bar a "decent bar" if the owner would have apologized, offer something else or credited me, the bill was $32 already for the wine for my friend that was delightfully enjoyed. I waited ten mins. for the owner, after he appeared and spoke unfriendly and left, the waitress took another ten mins or so trying to avoid the table..
Simple = love beer and able to keep the communication at min. with the staff and watch the game preferably at the bar itself so you are more likely to be acknowledge and waited on quicker, good bar.. Love a knowledgeable bartender that can mix alcoholic drinks with a friendly attentive staff at a table, then AVOID THIS BAR.
