My wife and I recently got ourselves into some difficult situations and Durham attorney Tyler Pokrass helped us navigate through the confusing legal system and come out on top. He and his assistant, Lori Conner, are very personable, meeting with us in person and always available by phone or text to answer our questions and assuage our concerns. In court, Tyler is extremely professional and delivers organized and well-reasoned arguments. Behind the scenes, Tyler is a talented negotiator, ensuring his clients get the best possible outcomes. Tyler and Lori checked-in before our court dates to answer any questions we might have and to review what’s to happen in court so we are prepared. After court, he or Lori followed up to walk us through any actions that were needed. We have used Tyler and Lori twice and both times they made us feel like we really mattered to them and they clearly had our best interests legally and personally in mind. In the later part of 2011 my wife was pulled over in Durham County, she was arrested and charged with DWI. It was her 5th DWI. This scared us very much, because she could of been charged as a habitual drunk driver. I called a lawyer in Raleigh, and he gave me the name of Tyler Seth Pokrass. Being that we live in Raleigh, we needed someone we could trust and give us peace of mind during this very difficult time, and it turned out that Tyler and his assistant Lori were indeed the perfect team to handle this case.(our last dwi lawyer from Durham was a real ass----.) But this was not the case with Tyler and Lori. They knew just how scared we both were when we got to there office, and they put our fears to rest by being extremely caring and at the same time made us realize that they could handle a case as complicated as this one. They both worked very hard and and being that this was such a delicate case, kept us both up to date in every matter.

My wife and i did everything that they asked us to do, and when it was time to go to court, they were both ready to throw down and defend my wife.

Tyler and Lori were both outstanding and were able to get us a better outcome than we even expected. My family and I are very grateful to them both, and if anyone ever needs a great lawyer with the skills to handle extremely difficult cases, it is hands down Tyler and his wonderful assistant Lori.

I would like to thank Mr Pokrass and Mrs Lori for all their hard work and effort.When you walk into their office its all smiles they make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk into their office like you dont have a care in the world.What i like about his firm is when they say they going to do something they keep their word,they make you feel loved,and they don't make you feel its all about the money,its about your life,God brought him in my life,and i was very well pleased with the out come on my case.So.....If you need a very very good lawyer he's the man.Thanks for Everything.NIki&Na'sha

I Trust This Firm. I have encounter many attorneys in my life time and when it was all said and done I have at times felt things could have been handled better either by them or myself. I know in times of trouble we all have to turn to an attorney in hope they can get us the best deal possible. Well Tyler Pokrass really changed my way of thinking on things when I retained him as my attorney. My experience with Tyler was not only a pleasant one but he also helped me understand how the laws work for and against us. Other attorneys that I’ve retained didn’t take the time out to help me fully understand what I was really facing. I felt like they just took my money and talked the talked. I understand attorney case loads can be heavy at times, but I felt Tyler really took a personal interest in my case. He was on time at the start of court. He showed an ethic in the court room that I grew to admire. The one thing that really impressed me about Tyler is that I felt like I was his client more so than a defendant whose case was being pushed through court with other cases that day filled with legal jargon that I could never understand. Tyler is THE ONE attorney that I can truly vouch for out of many and if it was not for his expert style and his knowledge of court room situation I know I would not be writing this testimonial today. MY LEGAL PROBLEM BECAME TYLER SOLUTIONS. Well I had a overwhelming legal issue than seem by the arresting officer I was gonna do sometime courtesy of justice system that can be very fustrating and hard to deal with! I was referred to Tyler and found that I couldn't be in better hands.From the first appointment to the last trial day Tyler and oh yeah, don't forget his assistant Lori, completely professionalism and knowledge of the law,handled my situation and thru his representation in the court room and his knowledge of the law my case was dismissed and we walked out together with my complete satisfaction of Tyler Pokress job he did for me! When You Face The Law Give Pokrass A Call!. Tyler and Lori are truly dedicated to taking care of business! They show you respect and listen to everything you have to say. They provided accurate and professional legal service. If you need representation Tyler is a straight shooter and a stand up guy. I won't go any were else. The communication was very good too, I always felt they were taking care of me and they made me feel as if I was there only client. I highly recommend Mr. Pokrass.

Best lawyer experience EVER!!!. I can say without doubt that Tyler and Lori are the best legal team out there. I have had experience dealing with lawyers in many different environments. Typically I find them selfish, expensive and rude.

NOT THE CASE HERE. Tyler truly has his heart and effort into his job. He goes above and beyond to make his clients feel taken care of. The on thing I would say impressed me the most was the level of communication between Tyler and myself. Lori would also check in with me to see how I was doing.

I know of many others that say the same thing. If you unfortunately have to work with a lawyer, you need to choose Tyler. You will be happy that you did!!

Best Attorney Award Goes to Tyler Pokrass. I have to say my experience with Mr. Tyler Pokrass has been wonderful. he is AWESOME and knows what he's doing.
