The music that they play in here is pretty amazing and very lively. I love a place like this one that has certainly the taste in music that you could dance with.
This location is now under new ownership and the name has changed to The Trinity Lounge and Night Club. It has three atmospheres all in one location. The management is awesome and so are the bartenders and hostess, This place has totally changed. It is now back to the neighborohood pub with a brand new twist to it. There are LED light shows DJs up to date music all with a touch o class.
ALL NEW THE TRINITY LOUNGE – It is finally nice for Durham to have a good dance club as well. The drinks are the best I have had. The male batender made me the best martini I have had to date. I really hope this place makes it. It is worth every penny. And thank you to the owner for making a cool hotspot in Durham so my friends and I do not have to travel to Raleigh.

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT – Just recently went to Sirens (hadn't been since it was sold) and WOW -- What a disappointment! The staff has completely changed, the feeling of the place is totally different, and the highly intoxicated guy who claimed to be the new owner was awful. He was slurring his words, being extremely rude to another group, and was one of the most obnoxious people I have ever met. I hope they sell and someone with some class and sense buys it!!!
Not the same – OMG! When was Sirens sold to new owners?! Its soooo not the same! My husband & I met at the bar two years ago while in law school. It was our favorite spot. we were visiting recently for my little brother's graduation and stopped in. it was like the twilight zone... looked kind of the same, but NOT. Totally different crowd, music, vibe. Such a shame. With all the activity taking place downtown, the former owners should open something else (if theyre still around). Major hole in durham nightlife! Really enjoyed some of the new restaurants in town tho. Revolution is great!
Sirens, We Miss You!!! – Siren's was sold to new owners a couple months ago... don't expect it to be the same. It isn't. This used to be my favorite place in the Triangle. A place anyone could go to, have an amazing time, and be treated like family. The new owners don't seem to know what they're doing and have ruined it. I don't know why they won't just rename it and make it their own. It is a shame. All the staff and entertainment bailed when the previous owners did. I will try to just remember it the way it was.
durham's real neighborhood pub – With the recent closing of Durham's Jo and Joe's and now Ringside, Sirens is quickly becoming Durham's real neighborhood pub. there's a strong local following here now... lots of artists and musicians with recent band and guest DJ nights they started doing. i'm definitely diggin it. i just try to steer clear on those Duke undergrad nights they have a few times a month. and thanks for picking up PBR! :) my fav!
loving the new DJ nights!!! – Sirens has really stepped up its game! I've been going to this spot for years. And I have to say that it just keeps getting better and better! My friends and I are loving the new guest DJ nights. The upgraded sound and light show is sick... we went last month for the house night they do on third Fridays. I didn't feel like I was in Durham at all! Incredible bass. Drinks are fantastic, as always. And the new bartender is HOT. If you haven't gone in a while, definitely worth checking out again. Sirens- I have fallen in love with you all over again.
For Grownups – This is a great place to meet and to be surrounded by a mature crowd. Unlike most dance clubs; Sirens has the bar area that allows you to carry a conversation without YELLING. The music played throughout the week is nice, because of the various styles. The weekend djs play all the hits, even the ones I have forgot about. I really like this place when going out on a date. In one word Sirens Lounge is "sexxy".
