What a waste of time.. What an enormous waste of time. my Dirt Devil. He was condescending, contradictory, and flat-out rude, insisting on saying what we were essentially agreeing on (I told him up-front that I suspected I'd put the vacuum back together wrong) in his own words, making me sound wrong, which I was not. He didn't listen at all, and actually raised his voice when I tried to take my machine and leave.

He identified the problem (which I had tried to point out in the first place), but wanted $45 to take the machine apart and put it back together. He showed me a "mid-range" Miele for $499, and didn't seem to have any advice when I told him that friends of mine recently bought a good model Miele for $350 at a store across town. I left after that and he made no attempts to help me further. WASTE OF TIME!

This man may just be bad face-to-face, but he is a liability to the business.
