Snappy Lube

Just Wrong. i went to snappy lube this morning to have my oil changed and inspected. when i got in my car and started down the road my drivers window would'nt roll alway up. i got to looking at my door it had a little dent in it where someone had open the door and hit it on something.and knocked the window off the track. i call them and complained but didnt do any good.

i know who ever did it, knows what happened. they wasnt anything wrong with my window when the man took it in the stall.

i thing the people that works at these places needs to be more educated and experience.about what they are doing…

Convicted sex offender working at Franklin Store. We have contacted the company several times about this issue with no response.There is a young 27 year old male named David J. that is a convicted sex offender working with the public at this store.He is asking for your Name, Address and phone numbers!

Dont use this place the store is nasty, the restroom for the customers looks like a mechanics shop-Poo in and around the commode and grease on the door and in the sink.…

Worst Place to Get an Oil Change or To Work!!!!!. My husband worked for this company from the day they opened in our town. He never once had a complaint or a dissatisfied customer. People came to get their oil changed just because of him and they knew he would do a good job. He could tell you exactly what a car needed before it was even pulled in and tell you what the product number was and where to find it. He eventually got promoted. Then, the company hires a new manager which was a position that he was due. As if that wasn't bad enough he had to train the new man because he had no idea what he was doing and they made this guy the manager. Hello? My husband never had a problem with any other co-worker the entire time he worked there. Until this man. He was arrogant and rude. All of a sudden he comes up to my husband one day and fires him because he says he can't get along with him. And the company stood behind this man and not my husband who was loyal to this company. Now, that manager has been "let go" and the company is having to pay for and clean up the mess he left behind. This company hires just anybody off the street and they don't have to know the first thing about cars. I would NOT recommend ANYONE have your oil changed at this company or go to work for this company!!!!!!!!…

Exemplary customer service and professionalism every visit, every location. I've visited many oil change outfits over the years. I have experienced places that just sell me an oil change and leave me wondering if they even changed the oil. Usually it's those places that give me concerns, because everyone knows that all cars and trucks need services besides an oil change on a regular basis, unless it's brand new. After about 25,000 miles, according to my owners manual there are other services that need to be done to keep the car doing what it is supposed to do.

Snappy Lube always tells me exactly what my car needs, and never anything else. I compared their prices to the car dealership and Snappy's prices are almost 50% LOWER than the dealership. They don't pressure sell anything; they ask me to make my own buying decisions after they have clearly explained why I need the service. Other quick change (and SLOW CHANGE) places don't do that and sometimes make me feel like they're just trying to sell me. I know about cars and know when I'm being told the truth. Snappy Lube tells the truth about what my car needs.

The places that advertise a low oil change price do 3 things I don't like. First, they usually take several hours to change the oil, instead of a few minutes. 2nd, they advertise a low-ball oil change with oil I wouldn't put in my car, and the right type always costs much more, plus they have "disposal fees" and other junk charges that raise the advertised price. 3rd, they want to sell me something I know I don't need, like new tires, shock absorbers, or brake jobs. When I don't buy anything, the service I get often makes me feel like they didn't change the oil.

Snappy Lube is the best car service place I've ever used. It's not even close. What I want is fast, high quality and a fair price. That's what Snappy Lube does best. If you are looking for cheap, slow and don't care about quality, you may complain about Snappy Lube. But you get what you pay for. Snappy Lube is an excellent value in car service.…
