Ferdi is Great!. I have only used Carpet Dryclean for my home's carpet since 2007. Ferdi is great! Very professional and excellent service! Carpet always looks GREAT afterward and we are able to walk on it immediately. Will never use any other service! Beverly - April 18, 2012

Fantastic Results. They were fantastic. We have a baby and a dog and our carpets originally were atrocious and frankly nasty. After Terry came out from Carpet DryClean the were unbelievably clean. I am the poster-child of "difficult customer" and I was absolutely amazed. He was able to get out the worse stains I have ever seen in a carpet. It was great. Afterward they were all clean and looked better-than-new. I actually called Carpet DryClean to give Terry a positive review and they asked me to go to this webpage afterward if I had something nice to say. I genuinely do, and I totally recommend Carpet Dryclean to anyone. Wonderful and amazing.

Many Thanks for a Great Service!. Elmer and Ramon were actually able to come earlier - great for my schedule and nice that they called. As in the past 10+ years that I have been using Carpet Dryclean, the carpet was spectacular. They were efficient, neat, and the results are great. I will continue to use Carpet Dryclean!! Miracle workers. We called Polo and Vance to come look at our carpet, but we didn't think it could be cleaned. We thought it would have to be replaced. They came out the same day and had it looking like new before they left! They are very professional and knowledgable guys. Thanks for the help!

Saved me LOTS of money!. All I can say is THANK YOU to Earl, and more importantly, to Terry for helping me defend myself against an apartment complex that tried to rip me off.

When I moved out of my apartment in Durham, another carpet cleaning company (hired by the landlord) came in and said the carpet was "just worn out" and needed to be replaced. The landlord wanted to take my security deposit AND charge me to re-carpet the entire townhouse.

Terry from Carpet Dry Cleaning met me at the apartment when I went to see the "damage" with the property manager. They cited grey spots and a rust spot on the carpet as evidence that it was completely ruined. While I was arguing with the manager, Terry kneeled down and cleaned the rust spot to perfection - it was completely gone. He did the same thing on one of the grey spots, it vanished!

This worried the property manager, who called her boss in for backup. He again tried to tell me the carpet (only 2 years old) was simply worn out. Terry looked at it and said, "No, the fibers are in great shape, it just needs to be cleaned." I told the landlords I wanted to pay Terry to clean it if they would give me back my deposit, otherwise I'd take them to court over it.

After a few minutes of hushed discussion, the manager's boss agreed that if I'd give up my security deposit, he wouldn't charge me for new carpet (roughly $600). The manager was so impressed by Terry cleaning up the spots that she bought a bottle of cleaner from him right there in the parking lot!

Thank you SO MUCH for taking time out of your day to come help me... I wish I could have paid you to clean the place just for your trouble. I highly recommend CDC - they're true professionals.

Professional, courteous and diligent. The carpet cleaners were punctual, friendly, and professional. They did an amazing job on this old berber carpet, even getting out a dark brown candle wax stain. I highly recommend their services for anyone. The house smelled fresh and clean, not overly chemical, and we could walk on the carpet immediately.

pricey, but great work. i normally pay about $170 to have the carpeted areas of my 1600 sq ft home done. this cost me about $230. the technicians that came to my home were very professional and courteous and did a thorough job. they couldn't clean a stained chair i had, but i appreciated that they were honest about it up front rather than just taking my business. they offer you $10 off if you leave a review on citysearch (good or bad). i liked that their product wouldn't harm my children or irritate sensitive skin and we could walk on the carpet immediately.

Carpet Dry Cleaning. Awesome, Awesome, Awesome!

They did my carpet, area rugs and my couches. I was very impressed with the results of all three services.

I love the no waiting ---- instant dry. They made a fan out of me!
