Awesome Pet Spa- The Best around!. I agree with the last posting that some of these reviews are way off base. I have been a regular customer since they opened their doors and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The owner and her staff are wonderful to everyone ( owners and our pets). You can tell they really love animals and they do a great job grooming. My dog is a member of my family and he only gets the best!! I would also suggest that you try ooh la la for yourself and you will see how great they are! I also agree that disgruntled people exaggerate the truth after reading some of these bad postings!!…
FANTASTIC SERVICE & STAFF.
I have to say...some of these reviews are way too harsh! We are regular customers of Ooh la la Pet spa since 2005. We have always received friendly, warm, kind service for both of my schnauzers!
They always have
a great cut and look forward to their spa appointments. I have friends whom I have recommended to Ooh La La, and they share my sentiment. You should take these comments with a grain of salt, try Ooh la la for yourself.

Rude, Greedy, Incompetent and Self-Righteous. Rude, greedy, incompetent and self-righteous. That's how I would describe Ooh la la pet spa. Last time we brought our dog, they took issue with us "not taking him to be groomed often enough" which they call "animal cruelty"...and they imposed a $50 fee on top of the bill and shaved all his hair off instead of grooming him. Because apparenty ten minutes with a razor is worth $50 more than actually grooming him. Let me give you a picture of my dog's life. I take him out on hour walks, pet him constantly, feed him chicken with his dog food, play with him, take him with me on trips...in short he is a very well-taken care of dog. He gets haircuts three times as often as I do, in fact. If they had called me to tell me the fee wasn't sufficient to groom him, I would have picked him up and taken him somewhere else, like to Petsmart, where they are much friendlier (not that that's a high hurdle) and do a decent job. Luckily for them, my dad instead of me picked him up. And they lectured him for ten minutes about how cruel it is that we don't give them money often enough. But if I had been there, I would have given them a piece of my mind. Suffice to say, we are not going back…
Take Your Business Elsewhere!!. This place will over charge you for services you never even asked for. They DO NOT take your pet out to potty or use the bathroom ALL DAY LONG. If you take your dog in at 8 or 9 am, and pick them up later that afternoon, you dog will not be taken out to potty. I have seen with my own eyes a groomer yell at a small dog because it did not sit still, among other things. Please, do yourself a favor, and your pet too, find another groomer. The owner is not nice, and she is only out to get what she can. Gives 1st great impressions, then if she is not making enough money off your pet, she will treat you bad. This is the WORST groomer I have ever subjected my pet to. You don't know what they do behind your back to your pet.…
Best look elsewhere. Had quite a few negative vibes when we took our dogs for the first time, but decided to give them a try anyway. Regrettably, our grooming preferences went in one ear and out the other. The groomer seemed to want to groom her way, not the client's way. In addition, the grooming was uneven, with obvious ridge lines from the sheers. And it took 7 hours for two dogs. When I called to inquire about the timing, in the background I overheard the groomer to say "I'm having problems". What an understatement. On checkout, I was charged an additional $20 due to "matting". Well, our dogs are groomed every 5 weeks, don't believe they were "matted". Just a way to tack on 20% to the bill. Won't be back. Can't recommend. Be sure to ask about "matting" before you leave your dog.…
