Terrible Customer Service. I want to go see a movie at the Timberlyne that I got a free pass for. Unfortunately, the move is in 3D, but my pass is only for regular shows. And when I call their phone number, it rings and rings and rings and no one is ever home. No one answers the phone. How can I ever find anything out without having to drive to the theater? And I have to pick someone up in Durham to go with my pass, so it is very much a hassle.…
Candy Police. I went to this movie theater recently and being a poor college student I snuck a soda and some candy inside. A really intense manager lady confiscated my snacks and my friends as well. She also stormed up and down the aisles checking i.d.s and kicking kids out of the movie as well as taking snacks from other people. I'm a normally rule abiding person, but this is ridiculous. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. I was there to see a comedy and this experience before the movie put me in the WORST mood.…
