In Short – Not all of the dishes are from the same region of India, but they all satisfy a spicy palette. Entrees include South Indian chicken, lamb, seafood and vegetarian options as well as Indian-style soups and salads. The spice theme runs rampant throughout the menu, including the chef's mixed grill with dum biryani-spiced rice. Don't miss the large selection of typical Indian breads such as the chicken tikka nan. For dessert, try the mango ice cream.

I drove past Cashmir many times before stopping in. It always seemed so empty and that scared me. I went one weekday for the buffet and came away very impressed. The food exceeded my expectations by far. I found it less expensive and less crowded than the others.
- Pros: great buffet on weekdays. Less expensive. different.
- Cons: empty dining room.

The food is just bland. It tastes as if it were made 2 days ago. The location is terrible.
- Pros: nothing
- Cons: location, food, service
no good

The service was terrible when my friends and I went on a Friday night. The servers were unenthusiastic and the least bit interested in taking our orders. As for the food, it was nothing to write home about. Very average. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
