Awesome Croissants!

I've only tried the croissants, but they are indicative of the overall quality. I'm not sure what brought a French pastry chef to Hillsborough, NC, but I hope he stays here and open for a very long time.

fantastic blueberry muffins and terrific coffee

we picked a magnificent day for a magnificent treat - the muffins are unlike any I have seen, eaten or baked in more years than I care to admit - they are more brioche/bread/roll like than simple muffins - inside they are loaded with berries and the outside crust is brown and oh so tempting! if only they were closer to where I live.
- Pros: totally unusual muffins
- Cons: needs more space in the patisserie
