Gives bad name to local buisness – Avoid using this service. IF you can ever get a hold of anyone who works there (either through email or the phone) you will be left wondering what the status of your order is. They are unresponsive to emails and questions yet send emails with return-upon-read receipts when they have a question. They are incredibly unprofessional and their response to reasonable requests made to correct bad prints/fulfill missing parts of the order is to cut all ties with the customer. Their printing is hit or miss and when its miss they refuse to correct the problem. I have never ever been treated so disrespectfully and dealt with so unprofessionally. They truly give local business a bad name.
Terrible Customer Service – The title says it all.
Quality local business. – They use American Apparel and Hanes Beefy T.
The owners are friendly and easy to work with.
ART DEPARTMENT OVERHAULED – From April Through July 2008 we experienced unacceptable production results while I was out of play for heart surgery. Since that time period I have hired new and outstanding art and production department directors. Angela is now in charge of art and comes to us from Connecticut with 15 years of experience. Loius has a keen eye for detail and quality control in production. Give us a try and you'll see why we have grown so quickly since 2003 working with all of the universities in North Carolina and most recently South Carolina and privatly owned sports stores. Avoid – what can i say they are just hard to deal with, cheap work and cant give you what you want love to go to local business but i would go somewhere else. some of there work seems to be knock off, dont think you will get anything original here
AWFUL – If you are lucky enough to actually get in touch with these people ,they will not be of much service to you. On the rare occasions that they actually decide to answer their phones or respond to your e-mails, it takes them awhile to actually get back to you and they don't really listen to the ideas that you have given them. They sort of do whatever they want. I've had mistakes be printed on my shirts on 2 separate occasions. It seems the employees have failed to master any basic spelling skills. In short, there are plenty of other options that I suggest using before trying to mess with these people.
BE WARY – Good artwork but cannot produce t-shirts w/o mistakes. Make sure you are VERY VERY VERY CLEAR with what you want or you will end up with something that is not correct.
