Take me back to Austin, TX --LIVE MUSIC ANY DAY!!!. This was my 2nd visit to the Blue Horn and I felt like I was back on 6th Street in Austin, TX. David Spencer's Band was unbelievabel!!!! I could have sat there all night. It was genuine and real music that everyone enjoyed. The Blue Horn has live musc on a regular basis and it if I didn't live in Raleigh, I'm sure it's the place you'd find me the most. I love the Blue Horn!!...Great people, Great drinks, and a GREAT place to have a relaxed, fun evening with friends. The owners are wonderful and they make an effeort talk to each and every one that walks through their doors. You immediately feel like you've been going there forever. (Good luck trying to find that kind of hospitality in the local bars and clubs). The bartenders do an outstanding job making sure everyone is taken care of and they're professional but very attentive at the same time. I believe the Payne brothers have definitely tapped in to a unique venue that many of us have been looking for.

Blue Horn= Coolest bar in town!. Do you want the sophistication and elegance of a beautiful high end bar right on Franklin Street? Blue Horn Lounge is the place. The owners are not only professional, but extremely accommodating and friendly, not to mention, easy on the eyes :-) I guarantee that you will make some new friends when you visit the Blue Horn. Also check out their web site. It not only shows lots of cool pictures, but it lists almost every drink that you can imagine, with the prices. Take a look. On the web and in person. I'll be there Friday, listening to a hot band, sitting back with an amazing drink in my hand, and shooting the breeze with some of the best people in Chapel Hill. Where will you be?.........See you there!!

Chapel Hill Treasure!. Blue Horn Lounge is a little piece of heaven right there on Franklin Street. It is small but that lends itself to the "Cheers" like atmosphere where the bartenders and owners (Steve and Marshall) make a point to greet you and make sure you are having a great time. The place has some of the best bartenders in all of Chapel Hill and the drinks are awesome. (Doug, you are the man!)It is the perfect place for people from 21-81 who just want to "chill out" and have a good drink to those who are looking for a fun place to have a friend's night out! The bar has live music acts that are outstanding and there is no cover charge! You need to get there early, though because it tends to get very crowded later on. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends who are looking for an upscale, but comfortable place to go. It is a hidden treasure in Chapel Hill.

Best intimate atmosphere in Chapel Hill, NC. The Blue Horn Lounge is a great place to get acquainted with people. You'll never meet an unfriendly face. Live music five nights a week, lively bartenders, and excellent owners who care about their customers and the quality of their bar. Membership is required, but don't let that deter you from a good time. It costs only $1 to join, so put your money to good use! Blue Horn Lounge, a great place and experience. Come out, have fun, and be apart of the Blue Horn Lounge night life. You won't regret it!

A Great Place To Be. Blue Horn is a small bar but there is certainly a lot happening there from the friendly and efficient service from the bartenders , to the charming, smiling bar owners, Steve and Marshall, who will make sure you are ALWAYS having a great time, to the local music that makes it the coolest place to hang out. The crowd is mixed from college age to the older folks, which means it attracts all kinds. It really is a neat little place with lots going on. The drinks are always amazing with their wide variety of beers and liqours. Just make sure you come early so you can grab a spot in the lounge to unwind, relax, and have a good time with friends!

Give it a try and I promise you will love it.. Have you ever been to a bar or club where everybody knows your name? At the Blue Horn everybody does know your name. Steve and Marshall the owners make everyone feel like family and you always have a great time there hanging out with your friends. Oh by the way the bartenders are the best in town! Blue Horn has top shelf liquors and Doug, Michael, Dan, Josh, Rose and George knows how to create a specialty drink just for you. Free live music with the best local musicians and they have had special guest just to pop in and jam on open mic night. Give it a try and I promise you will love it.

LIVE MUSIC 4 NIGHTS A WEEK. This place is awesome. The coolest bar in Chapel Hill. Great "free" LIVE MUSIC but you have to be a member, memberships are a buck! Best atmosphere of any Franklin Street Bar but the place is small. I came early to hear Taz Halloween perform and with in a few minutes the place was packed. Great drinks and a really cool bathroom will impress. Nothing like the dirty college bars in Chapel Hill, you gotta check it out.

Cool... Went here with a couple of my buddies for a few drinks last night and wound up hanging out all night. Really comfortable, nice place. Met alot of people- and felt like I wound up knowing everyone there... Bartender had the tunes playing all night but still was able to talk without shouting...and still hear great music...

LOVE THIS PLACE. Best music EVER!!!!!!!!! I love coming here- the music is great..I feel like whatever mood I'm in- the music just fits.

The live music is varied and the intimate setting lets you feel as though its your own private party.

Great Place. to meet up with friends anytime. I have been coming here for a while and everytime I come- it is something special. A place that I could go into by myself and feel as comfortable as if I went with a group of friends. I have never met nicer people... everyone makes you feel good- the owners- Steve and Marshall - are gracious and make the effort to meet everyone who comes in. The bartenders are the best!!! - Doug, Josh, Daniel are always ready with a smile and great drinks.

Definitely worth the visit!!!
