Slow Service, Poor Customer Service Skills

This location is convenient to my job, so I went there one day for lunch. First of all, the waitress had no personality. But I looked past that. It took my food 30 minutes to come out and when it did, it was not worth the wait at all. The food was cold. I motioned for the manager to come over and explained to him that my food was cold. He acted as though he was agitated with the fact that I had complained. He didn't apologize for the inconvenience or anything. He did return with a fresh plate. But to top it off, the waitress never returned to my table ! I had to ask another waiter to bring me a refill. You would think that after this experience I wouldn't return. Well guess what-I did. I returned with some co-workers of mine (they talked me into it). We sat for about 20 minutes before the waiter was able to take our order. The good thing is that he was nice and apologized for the wait. He explained that he was the olny waiter working and that there was only one cook. This concerned me because it was around 12:30 in the afternoon when we walked in. We waited about 25 minutes after we had placed our order. Finally, we just walked out. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The service is slow and the food is not all that good. Not to mention the poor customer service skills of the staff.
