Very negative experience. My initial meeting with Rachel of Tre Bella florist was so-so. She did not seem very enthusiastic about my wedding. Then I waited two weeks to hear back about a proposal. I emailed them twice (from the email address listed on their website) but never heard back. I also checked spam.

Finally today I called them on the phone and they did not seem very understanding of my frustration. They said that it might be in spam (already checked) and that when they don't hear back from a client they wouldn't email for a month -- a long time in the world ofwedding planning! She didn't seem to know where my paperwork was. I told her my wedding date and she checked the calendar and said that they were already booked for that date. My wedding is on a Sunday seven months from now. I know that most florists can do multiple weddings a weekend and that most people have events on Saturdays. I just think she didn't want to work with me. Even though I'd heard good things about Tre Bella before, I would not recommend them based on my experience of VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOLLOW-UP. In the end just a giant waste of time.

highly recommend!. i love this shop! they did the flowers for my wedding ceremony and rehearsal dinner - and did a gorgeous job. rachael took the time to go over everything - she was attentive, asked questions and showed me several options. she was very clear about pricing and worked within our budget. i had such a great experience. they have very unique arrangements and also deliver almost anywhere in the triangle - which was great when i was out of town for my mom's birthday and wanted to give her flowers.

i haven't been in their new location on 9th street yet, but the old one had fun, unique gifts - i always walked out with something. very cool place!
