I started taking classes here during my pregnancy and immediatley became addicted to yoga. The studio's are beautifull located in the old mill in carrboro and have beautiful hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. The staff are always welcoming. I always know that I needed to go to a class after the hour is over. It grounds me and helps me energize for the week ahead. It's nice to go grab a bite at Weaver Street Market after a class too!

After trying Triangle Yoga, I came to Carrboro Yoga Company, and knew right away that it was a great place to be. I was greeted when I walked in the door by a very friendly person at the front desk who made me feel welcomed and at home. All of the classes that I have taken have been amazing. All of the teachers that I have been to have given clear instructions and, in general, radiate out a sense of warmth and welcome. They have an enormous class schedule, and I find it very easy to find an appropriate class at a time that works for me. Really, you can't go wrong here.
