Pubic Hair Found in my food!!!!!!!. Completely disgusted, after finding a pubic hair in my take out order. When I returned the food and showed the evidence to the lady at the counter she was very rude, did not apologize for the poor hygiene and refunded only the price of the meal minus the eggroll I had already eaten (which came with the lunch special).I guess is all about the pennies even with such foully mistake on their behalf. I’ve never experienced such poor costumer service ever! They’ve lost me as a costumer for good.

Great Food and Great Service. The food at this restaurant is some of the best "take out" chinese food in Raleigh/Durham area. The family always recognizes us even though they are always busy and we have tried multiple things on the menu without ever being let down!

Best Moo Shu Pork. I continue to go back to China Kitchen again and again! The food is good, and the service is fast. It is always busy! A previous review says that the service was rude, however I have NEVER had this experience. Perhaps the communication issues the reviewer was having over the phone was due to language barriers. I recommend this place to friends, and they always enjoy it.

Skip It. This place had a 100 sanitation grade when they first opened and the food was pretty decent. Unfortunately, since it's opening (less than a year ago) the sanitation grade has declined as well as the food quality. On top of that, the last time I was there the lady who took my order via the phone was rude and when I got there and paid for my food; she place my change on the counter rather than my hand. I find that to be one of the absolute rudest things EVER!!!! All things considered I will not be going back.... Hopefully, there will be another Express Chinese restaurant opened near soon...
