AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE. I have never been so impressed with a florist. Recently I sent flowers to someone who never received them through no fault of Victoria Park. Victoria Park delivered them in a timely manner and was assured that they would be forwarded on to the person they were to be brought to (was a hospital). That never happened. Even though this was no fault of their own, Victoria Park florist was ready to absorb the cost and was willing to do anything I requested of them to make it right. I am very very grateful. This is TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I recommend them highly. VERY personal service.

Great service. I recently sent an arrangement to a business colleague in Chapel Hill and the staff of Victoria Park Florist were very helpful in suggesting the right design and getting it out promptly. The net result was just what we wanted. I would certainly use them again.
