Great Experience, would return soon. It's a good place to stop for a snack before heading to the Southpoint Cinema, which is right across from it. I recommend the white chocolate with macademia nuts cheesecake.

Disappointing Experience. I’ve heard rave reviews of the Cheesecake Factory and decided to give it a try. We were seated and placed our order quickly but waited excessively for our food while those around us were served. Hint, order an appetizer only with cheesecake or be prepared to wait—a very long time. Our table of four was served one at a time with my food only warm--not hot. Our drink refills were also very slow. Another hint, order a glass of water with your drink or simply choke the meal down. The cheesecake desserts however were sizable portions and served very quickly. Lunch for four was in excess of $100.00 and don’t expect the waitress to earn her tip. Sorry, I’m done with the Cheesecake factory.

Excellent Food and Service. My boyfriend and I went with another couple to The Cheesecake Factory and it was the first time any of us had been. Let me say you can't find better service! It was outstanding! There is so much on the menu, it took me forever to decide. I ended up with the Tomato Basil Pasta (yummy). My boyfriend's steak was delicious! We each ordered a different dessert and tried them all. Pricey but delicious! Warm apple pie with ice cream just as good as the cheesecake!!! Will definately go back!

Outstanding Food and Service!. My husband and children took me to The Cheesecake Factory at Southpoint for my birthday because I've always wanted to go and it's always been so packed with folks.

The service was fantastic! The hostesses greeted us immediately and sat us within 3 minutes. Our server, Alisa, arrived at the table within 2 minutes. She was warm, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered appetizers which arrived at the table 5 minutes later. The Zuchini Strips in particular were very tasty. I chose the Chicken Madeira on Alisa's recommendation. It was OUTSTANDING. My husband got the Shepard's Pie -also wonderful- and the kids got the pizza and chicken strips. The kids are quite the experts on pizza and chicken strips and they were impressed. The cheesecake desserts and chocolate cake were, as expected, delicious. Even the beer from the bar was served immediately.

We had read the reviews here prior to going that evening. I don't know what restaurant everyone else here went to but our trip to the Cheesecake Factory was outstanding.

WORST SALMON CAESAR I've had in a LONG TIME. This place cannot get it right - the food quality VARIES greatly - and NO ONE seems to care. LIght and breezy, always looking so BUSY - but the FOOD is a shake of the dice- sometimes good, other times, like today - AWFUL. For $40, our lunch was pathetic. I ordered takeout because I could not go to the restaurant, wrote down on paper what I wanted - salmon, cooked through. Sometimes, they get it right - tender salmon, NOT raw in the middle, NOT well done on the outside. What I got today was DRY, OVERCOOKED, BURNED, SHOE LEATHER salmon, and TOUGH, old Romaine lettuce, carelessly thrown in a nice plastic bowl. If I had never ordered this same entree before and received it done the way I order it, I might feel differently. But this was HORRIBLE. No one cares about the food they are serving at this restaurant. I threw it out - it was NOT EDIBLE.

terrible chain. I hate chains but decided to give it a chance as my sister raved about the place. Service was ok and I tried to like it but the food was terrible. My beef ribs came out at room temp and there was no meat on them. They all had shiners or bones poking out the top. I had to send them back (something I never do} for a new plate of bones at a decent temp. I have avoided this place for years and will never be back. I can't imagine how they have a line of people lined up for this crapp- sheep i tell you don't follow the pack

Decadent cheesecakes and classic American cuisine makes this a popular chain.. In Short
Faux-rustic finishes and colorful light fixtures abound at this almost always crowded chain. The thick-as-a-book menu features Americanized versions of worldly cuisines--Mexican, Vietnamese, Italian, Thai--but succeeds best with American classics. Burgers are a good choice, especially the ""Roadside Sliders,"" mini burgers served as appetizers. The myriad cheesecakes are over-the-top in concept and decadence. You'll leave full, with leftovers.

Average entree, good cheesecake. I had previously been biased against the Cheesecake Factory when wait times ran over an hour. But now that it's been in RDU for some time, we got into the Factory within 10 minutes on a busy Friday night.

Service was prompt and attentive (no problems with drinks or bread). The food came in very generous portions, but was not very creative. Heaping mounds of mashed potatoes was a common theme.

The highlight of the meal was easily the extensive cheesecake menu. We went for the classic fresh strawberry cheesecake and were not disappointed.

Overall, very little surprises from this chain restaurant. Decent value and a good experience.
