This place needs to be shut down -Unclean and Unprofessional. This place is the most unprofessional place I have ever been. I made an appointment for the waxing service. - When I arrive, the bored looking guy behind the desk looks flustered and mutters that there is only one person who does waxing - there is only one lady working in the salon and I am ushered to follow her. - It is later painfully obvious that this is not the lady who is qualified for waxing. I end up telling her how to apply the wax in the correct direction and after an extremely unsatisfying experience I try to pay so that I can get out there. There is some confusion over how much to pay for the service and I wait five minutes until I here a toilet flushing - then the bored looking guy returns and proceeds to charge me too much for the service - as he seemingly cannot make a decision outside the price sheet on what constitutes a full or half body part.

I end up paying just so I can leave and then I go home and complete the waxing myself after thoroughly washing!!

This place needs to be closed down!! Do not go there.

In fact if anyone knows who to complain to get a salon checked for sanitation please post a reply!

Do not go here. This place is absolutely awful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Customer Service is at an all time low
