I received a gift certificate for Shangri La Massage & Bodywork a number of years ago (the perfect gift!), and have been in love ever since! Although I typically go to Shangri La for general pampering purposes, Blake has also helped me with serious physical ailments. About a year ago, I had a neck issue which even narcotics couldn't help. After numerous doctors visits and weeks of not being able to sleep because of the pain, I thought I would have Blake give it a try. She fixed it in one session!
