Nice staff, lackluster inventory

As far as vintage stores go, this one is well-organized, clean and the lighting is good enough to catch stains or flaws in the clothes. The owner and her staff are very friendly & helpful but the inventory is mostly polyester. If you're looking for nice quality vintage, this is not the place to go. You might as well go directly to the local thrift stores and pay $3 instead of paying $30 or $40. There's a nice selection of kitschy and vintage-related things like pettocoats, but not much in terms of quality vintage.
- Pros: Convenient Location, nice staff, good lighting, cleanliness
- Cons: Low quality items, low inventory turnover, high prices
Best vintage clothing in the world!

Dolly's Vintage in Brightleaf Square in Durham is the best vintage clothing store I have ever been in. Everything is clean, cute and well kept. It's not too crowded to see all of the clothes. I love the wigs, pasties and other funky stuff! The owner, Jennifer Donner, is so friendly and knows alot about vintage clothing and what's going on in Durham. If you go on Friday night, there is also a band that plays in front of Portobello Road. Fun....fun.....fun!
- Pros: Cute, Clean, Variety, Very Friendly Service!
