Service Manager.
I would have rated zero stars if it wasn't for the mechanic who explained things to her.The service manager Mike was rude and condescending with his attitude,My mother brought the car in for a checkup and when she asked questions from the service manager he was rude and no help at all! !The mechanic spoke to her politely and was very helpful and didn't treat her like she was an idiot if it was up to me I would have called a corporate number and complained he should not be in management.
My mother on the other hand said just let it be we won't go back there.
