Just Awful!

I went here after a home dye job snafu for a cut and color. They were so rude to me, berating me for attempting to color my hair from a box. They treated me like a nuisance. The hairstylist was confrontational and said he was done with my cut without even doing the bangs or giving it any style. He said I didn't give him enough direction. That's what I paid him for! My cut is terrible. The dye job has streaks of orange and purple...I asked for natural dark brown. Also cost a fortune, even after they took off the haircut which I refused to pay for after being treated that way. Don't waste your time and money! So rude and nasty.
- Pros: They had a coupon- still got ripped off.
- Cons: Rude, dirty, terrible haircut, horrible color.

VERY WEIRD!!! would not suggest going here at all

Literally the only word that can describe this place is WEIRD!!! I found a coupon online for them so I decided to try it out, and honestly, this draws the line as the last time I will EVER try a new salon. The stylist didn't speak a word to me the entire process, he didn't even do my hair correctly, I had to explain to him several times after he was "finished" that he missed several sections!! I have bruises on my head because of how rough he was being! (and I even said a few times "ouch" so he would get the picture)! Anyways, the place was absolutely disgusting (mirrors smeared, hair everywhere, tiles missing from the ceiling, chipped paint, etc) Then the stylist I had kept walking in and out which was very strange, then to top it all off, I look around and there is not a single cosmetology license ANYWHERE! Aren't they required to post them so they are visible? I don't know but all I wanted to do was cry and get out of that place! Will never ever go back there, don't even want to think about it!!!!!

I love my hair cut!!

First, let me say it's quite affordable and if you go to their website you can always find a coupon or a special offer. I'm very picky and always apprehensive when trying a new hair stylist but it was right after Thanksgiving and on a weekend when I decided at the last minute to get a hair cut. Called on a Saturday morning, as soon as they opened and was surprised to find they had several openings for that day. After explaining to the receptionist how picky I am, she referred me to Hicham, a quiet, slender man who speaks several languages. . . Anyway, Hicham did a fantastic job!! I described what I wanted and he did it. . . it was as simple as that!! Very quick too. My only complaint : the salon was not that clean.... I would still recommend this salon and I'm definitely planning on returning again....
- Pros: Affordable, always special offers online
- Cons: Not very clean
