Disappointed

My friends and I met at Mez hoping to find good Mexican Food, but were quite disappointed. I ordered the smoked salmon which came on a dry tasteless pancake with little sauce to moisten it. We paid for salsa--three tiny ramekins--not spectacular, since most Mexican restaurants serve salsa for free. My flan dessert was sickenly sweet, had no finesse. I love flan and couldn't finish it. The margaritas were okay but very weak. No one filled our water glasses. I finally had to find a pitcher on my own. All in all a delightful atmosphere and disappointing dining experience. I suggest a new chef.
