Very helpful. This was my first time renting a storage unit. I visited a number of self storage locations in my search for the perfect fit. Suzie at Security Self Storage was very helpful and patiently answered all of my questions in detail. I don't heistat to give a positive recommendation to anyone considering using this location.

Prices Can't Be Beat. I rented a storage unit from Security Self Storage this past weekend and was very happy with the customer service I received! The staff is so friendly, they treat you like family. A real "home town" feel. Great prices too!

Durham's Best Storage Place!!!. I rented a unit from Security Self Storage in January and am still a customer there. I think they are the best in the business, hands down!!

Awesome Place for Safe Storage!. The customer service and rates are some of the best in Durham! The manager really cares about her customers. She made sure I was happy with my storage unit from start to finish. I loved being able to have to automatic draft on my credit card so I didn't have to remember to stop by every month, but I also loved that it was optional and I could have just paid cash if I wanted to. She reserved a unit for me right over the phone and the whole process was so easy! They also have Uhaul trucks, real convienient since I could drop my truck off there after unloading. I would rent a storage unit from Security Self Storage again in a heartbeat.
