Here is a good question.... How can a guest make a reservation when the hotel is not there anymore?

Fraudulent billing. The front desk staff here were terrible. I tried to cancel my reservation with the hotel several days in advance. Late cancellation has penalty of one nights stay billed on the reservation. Instead, the staff deliberately impeded my attempts to resolve the issue, and charged the full reservation (3 nights plus tax) in spite of the terms of contract being quite clear that only one night should be billed.

If you would like to get ripped off, this is a great place to stay.

Clean rooms at budget prices.. In Short
This small, 80-room facility sits in the suburbs surrounded by trees and a parking lot that welcomes RVs. It offers a decent choice for those traveling on a budget. Unlike at many low-priced motels, the rooms here are accessed through interior halls. Accommodations are basic in both style and amenities, but they are well-located. The historic district of Durham is just minutes away. In addition, there are several restaurants within walking distance.
