Roto-Rooter Plumbers December 15, 2011. Wow! I call the day of service and expect to wait several days until they can come fix our shower drain. Instead, the plumber, William, shows up at our house an hour later, and solves our problem in an hour. How wonderful to have a plumbing service that can see you immediately, with great customer service. I am not easily impressed, but this was fantastic. I will definitely call Roto-Rooters of Chapel Hill again for my plumbing needs.

Roto Rooter Plumbling and Drain Service. I am completely satisfied with the response time and service rendered by the company. I was in a situation where my wife and I had family and friend from out of town staying at our home to attend a wedding.Our new less than 5 yrs old built home incurred a major plumbling backup sewage problem in our first floor bathroom at 5:00 am. I grabbed the telephone book to search the yellow pages and Roto Rooter 24 hrs plumbing service jumped off the pages and got my attention. I immediately got someone on the phone from Roto Rooter that picked up on the second ring. I was given advice by the Roto Rooter service technician to stop flushing the bathroom toilets and the washing machine that was in use at the time. This advice from the Roto Rooter technician immediately helped to stop the backup of sewage from flowing into our home. A technician promptly showed up at our home at 8:00 am to clean out and remove the paper towels that had been discarded in our bathroom toilet that clogged main server. Super Service !
