The first was the night we purchased the car, we drove 90 miles from our home after agreeing to the terms provided by Anna Latta the sales manager. When we got there we were told that we would have to come back the next day to close the deal. Deborah Marable stepped in worked with us and the finance manager and had us in our new car headed home. A week later we came to complete some paperwork and get some service done, again we were told we've have to come back the next day. Deborah again stepped in, got us a loaner, got our car serviced the next day then had a driver bring us our car. She was amazing!! We've made performance home for car buying and Deborah Marable made that happen. Like any company the kind of people you have is the difference maker, and performance out performed our expectations and won our business.

Amazing Subaru Service!. Well, I own a subaru tribeca and one tire went bust. It was irreparable so I had to change all 4 as per subaru AWD guidelines.. Tom from Service gave me the bad news.. But what was worse is that I had extended support for the tires, .. funny thing is that Hendrick sold me a crappy support since it only covered the tire that was damaged. Tom talked to the managers and got a very good deal for me: 50% discount on the price of the 4 tires! The thing is that the salesmen from Hendrick were selling a product that was incompatible with Subaru guidelines for tire replacement. Tom understood that and did his best to address it. In the end, Tom went above and beyond to offer great service and save me money. Of course, he took care of other aspects of the car that needed addressing..like an issue of visibility with my windshield. Overall, superior service!!
Excellent Service. We haved owned our Subaru for one year now and have taken it to Performance for all of the maintenance check-ups. They are wonderful to work with. We have been very pleased with everything that they have done. We would not want to take it anywhere else.
Performance Subaru. Performance Subaru provided excellent service when I had nails in my tires. They gave me a loaner and took care of the problem promptly. They are great to work with.
Taking Care of Business.
Performance Subaru in Chapel Hill reminded me of their excellence this week. My Forester had an airbag light on, which needed investigation and remedy. Gus Alen received my car and managed the communications, and the technician (whose name I didn't receive) efficiently and effectively diagnosed and solved the problem.
Compared with most situations, this was no big deal. What WAS a big deal to me was feeling respected and so well cared for by this team of professionals. Mr. Hendrick should know he has a great team at Performance.
Performance Subaru 1810 Durham-Chapel Hill Blvd. I've taken my Subaru to the dealership on 15-501 for years, even when I had earlier models 2007, 2006. I was leaving town and there was a recall on a part, so I left the car for a 15,000 mile check up and to be detailed. When I returned they had given my total bill a 10% off as I had a coupon for an oil change but their choice of coupons actually saved me more money. I don't drive that much so they always do what is necessary and don't go by the length of time I've owned it. They call when your car is ready. The detailing was great. I felt like I had a new car. Best service. I have been taking my subaru to performance for 2 years. Dave is the best! They are not out to sell things just to make $, they will tell you if something needs to be fixed and if it doesn't tell you, you can wait a bit. Fixing cars is expensive so this is appreciated. The guys on the shuttle are great too, they call before they pick you up and are always on time. I will stay with subaru because of these guys.
Love Our Subaru!. My wife and I have never been happier with a vehicle more than our Subaru Impreza. Ditto for the fine folks at Performance Subaru. They really know their stuff and are friendly to boot. The service appointments are always on time and the results are as promised. The shuttle service is also a big plus! We only have one Subaru at the moment but will definitely add another (or 2) in the future. 2 thumbs up!!
