good service long wait.. dont get me wrong once someone came he was nice and got the job done fast but i called at 3pm 1/14 and was told within 2 hours we would get someone to fix the problem til then we couldnt use our toilet needing to use the one in the basement kind of a hassle for an 8 month pregnant lady, i also waited until 11pm with still no service by that time i had to wait til morning because i didnt want to scare my 3 year old daughter awake so i got service at 8:15am 1/15. i would have appreciated a small discount for the wait.…
