Burnt Biscuit!!. Ive been to this bojangles quite often. A lot of times they forget to give you your straw and if you ask for mayo they forget to put it in the bag. I normally wouldnt bother writing a review but this morning was the last straw!!! Pun intended. I did get my straw, i checked in the bag to make sure they remembered my mayo. But when i got home and opened up the cajun filet biscuit Lo and Behold...my biscuit was burnt!!! What in the world? Not only was it burnt, it smelled burnt and it tasted burnt. Yes, i tried to eat it anyway since i had driven all the way there but i had to take the chicken out of the biscuit and eat it plain. And nobody wants to eat a firey -hot cajun filet without the biscuit!!! You need the biscuit to cut down on the heat! So basically, even if it holds up the line in the drive-thru, make sure you stop and open your biscuit to check it before driving all the way home! And while im here..i will also mention that their sweet tea is disgusting. it is not sweet!! Whoever is up in there passing out burnt biscuits needs to be fired!!

Fast food the way it should be . . .. This is a great Bojangle's! The service is usually friendly and the food is hot and yummy. Most importantly, they get your order right - because there's nothing worse than getting home and finding that you have the wrong fixin'!
