The Only Place I Rent From. Everyone agrees the selection is good, especially the Carrboro store near the Arts Center and Cat's Cradle. I have no complaints about the staff. They are always friendly and helpful to me. They know their stuff and will make suggestions if I ask or sometimes volunteer things they think I might like (based on what I'm renting). If there's ever a problem with a damaged DVD or tape, they give me a coupon for a free rental. The lines move pretty quickly. They let people come in with their dogs, so I get to play with dogs while I'm getting videos. The parking lot can get crowded, but there are lots of spaces reserved for VisArt customers.…

rude people who work there. Every time I go to visart, especially the one by the cat's cradle, the people who work there are incredibly rude to me, acting like I'm an idiot or seeming like it's so hard to help me.
