Incredible!. All I can say is "Wow!" The food is incredible. All the ingredients are really fresh, the food comes out piping hot, and the portions are huge.

Service was efficient and friendly. The dinnerware is quite unique -- very artistic.

I highly recommend ALL of the seafood dishes!

Very poor customer service but pretty good food. We are relatively new to the area and have not found any really authentic, good Chinese food until we came and ate at Jade Palace. The problem we had on our 2nd visit was with the delivery. We are vegan and our order was sesame tofu. We received sesame chicken instead. Honest mistake that we expressed we understood. But upon following up with them, no apology, rude on the phone and although they brought us the correct order, we had to show them the chicken dish so they could "inspect it" to make sure we didn't eat any!? It was a little weird and unprofessional. Again, we are vegans and do not touch meat. Despite that incident we may continue to go back. Buyer beware of the customer service and their attitude. Although you can have positive, even empathetic talks with them they still can be a bit rude and unsettling.

Wow! My favorite Chinese restaurant hands down. It's all about the food. The food is wonderful. I would recommend the Beef and Broccoli highly. I've had some of the lighter dishes like the Moo Goo Gai Pen and the Seafood Soup, and don't know, after eating those dishes, I feel like I'm doing my body a favor. The music is a bit quirky sometimes, but overall, the food, very very tasty. Great stuff.

Poor service. I called a day ahead to make a reservation ahead of time for a special dinner for 2 people, and was told that if your party is less than 4, no reservation is needed- just come. When I arrived, I was told that they would not seat parties less than 4. The management confirmed this, and my party was refused seating. Very poor customer relations of which they seem not to care

disorganized. We had reservations and our table was being given to another customer as I was waiting for my table. The hostess crossed out the wrong name. After persistent requests on my part to be seated,

it took 40 minutes for a party of 6 to be seated, We were finally seated at 2 different tables side by side with an isle in between. It was not a good arrangement for a family meal.

The service was very disappointing. The food is nothing special.

This is a great resturant.. Jade Palace is great! The menu has an array of delicious dishes.
