Love Em!. Ive been going to Browns since the 90's! I love them! Quality work that is done in a timely fashion. No hold ups or let downs. Accurate and to the point customer service w/o all the extra run around most companies give. Mr.Brown offered me free pinstripes on my Acura because he said he thought it looked good. HE WAS RIGHT! I received several services including re-attachment of my front bumper at about a 85% discount because they understand hard times. I WILL NOT go anywhere else...it just wouldn't be right!

Get It In Writing. Great technicians do first class body repairs and paint, but attention to detail on mechanical work leaves a lot to be desired. What can you do but pay -- they have your car...

Friendly, Fair-Priced, and Honest. I was recommended Brown's by a friend and I would now recommend them to another. Friendly, patient, and they charged less for my timing belt replacement than a lot of other places would.
