Best Milkshakes, Great Everything Else. Expecting only a single glass full of thick and yummy milkshake, your order is ready and you pick up your tray of food containing the shake and a big silver cup-like thing--guess what? it's more milkshake!!! So, you get the glass, plus the cup that they made the shake in. I have to (reluctantly) share it whenever I get one. :(

I've had their burgers, pizzas, salads (walnut gorgonzola and crispy chicken) and chicken caesar wraps before and I have yet to find anything wrong with any of those items. They are all super tasty. Besides all that, its a quick place to grab a bite that isn't a fast food place. You go up, order your food, then sit and wait with your buzzer. It doesn't take too long to get your food considering that they make it when you order is so your food is hot and your salad isn't soaked in dressing (some salads they just put dressing on the side). Might I add, their onion rings are fantastic too!

Great place for lunch or dinner!

discusting. The employees are continually rude to female guests. They rush to get rid of them. And not volunteer to wait on them. Female customers have to ask employees to wait on them,give them food and drink. Also employees try to start fights with them,interrupt them,give rude looks, and talk back rude. A continual rudeness continues such as an example. A female asks for a drink. Then the employee asks the female if they want a drink. Went with a couple of people to eat. We waited for food. After waiting an hour. The employees said not want to wait on. Would not tell why.We got a refund. Complained to corporate,and got a gift certificate.Dirty restaurant. Employees push food crumbs off the table.Onto the floor and not clean it up.

Long lunch lines, slow service, noisy...... We had heard the pizza was great and that it was once rated very highly by Citysearch. It was just okay, nothing to write home about. The restaurant was incredibly loud, the cashier entered our order incorrectly, the manager was making salads instead of overseeing the operation, the floor staff spoke no English..... need we go on? Our pizza search continues...... Suggestions welcome......

Mmmm.... The oreo shake alone is worth the trip, but the Loop has a lot more to offer.
