Tips for Nantucket Cafe

June 19, 2013

Note: This is NOT "Nantucket Cafe and Grill" which is a different restaurant on Farrington Rd. This place here is just called "Nantucket Cafe" and it's located in Ram's Plaza, near Food Lion. They are NOT the same chain of restaurants. The place on Farrington is awesome, but this place in Ram's Plaza isn't nearly as good.

discusting. Management sees rude employees to female customers tables. Not do anything about it. Employees brush food off tables. Crumbs onto the floor and not clean it up.Employees not volunteer to wait on female customers. Rude continually to female customers. Rush to get rid of,yell at,interrupt, talk back rude, rude looks, try to start fights, eat while waiting on customers, give vague directions and will not specify, walk away from female customers while waiting on them, talk on cell telephone while waiting on them, look the other way while talking to female customers and walk away while talking to them, walk away and not come back, female customers have to ask them to come back. Give bill run away, not volunteer to give food and drink. When give it try to run away, yell at female customers.Give wrong order, not volunteer to correct it.And eat food, employees not pay for drink and food.

Customer serviceis not good!. The food is good. But you won't get the best customer service in the world. The staff at this location have an awful attitude!!

An exemplary deli in Chapel Hill.. In Short
The Sullivan family has brought the flavors of Massachusetts to the Triangle, with delicious New England chowder and a long list of elaborate sandwiches like the Cranberry Bog and the Straight Wharf (chicken parmigiana with mozzarella cheese on French bread). Build your own deli sandwich, have a light lunch(a slice of homemade quiche, or a small Caeser salad), or have a hot meal such as American chop suey, beef stew or Mexican lasagna.

Definately want to head here...... I have been eating here for quite some time. They have great sandwiches and soups. You definately want to taste their delicious chicken salad. Their soups are out of this world. The lobster bisque and clam chowder are amazing.

great fried clams!. A northeasterner myself, I was impressed with the authentic Nantucket feel. The food was delicious and the atmosphere is so cute. This is a great summer restaurant, or for any day when you need a bit more summer in your life.

I Felt Like I was in Cape Cod.... Recently found this hidden treasure in Ram's Plaza in Chapel Hill across from Eastgate shopping plaza... I felt as if I was in a Restaurant in Cape Cod -- the food was fresh and full of flavor, and the prices were very reasonable. Try it out! You won't regret it!
