A Travelling Treasure. Travelling to Chapel Hill for the first time, my son and I felt so very welcomed by our accommodations at the Inn Town Chapel Hill. It was our home away from home!!! After a lengthy car ride, we settled in immediately to our OWN bedrooms and were grateful not to be stepping over each others belongings as we have done so often in traditional shared bedroom accommodations. The bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, living room, and dining room, were spacious and well appointed. The property was both quaint and relaxing. We also enjoyed the two minute walk to healthy dining nearby. We look forward to re-visiting the Inn Town Chapel Hill whenever we visit our UNC student. The location, value, and ambiance were unbeatable!
What a great deal!. We can't believe we found this place. As their web site states, they cost less than nearby motels and we got a whole condo instead of a motel room. Our daughter goes to UNC, and it was nice to be able to walk to her dorm. The owner was very helpful when we had a broken washer - he had it fixed very quickly. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chapel Hill. It's not a fancy place, but we didn't expect that for the low price we paid. Nearby hotels cost twice as much! We were not bothered by any noise at all - it is off the main road in a very quiet area. We will be staying here every time we visit our daughter until she graduates!
Nice Place. We stayed here this past summer when my daughter moved into campus and again last week for the holidays and found it to be a great low cost option for the chapel hill area. If you need a pool and room service, this is not the place, but if you simply need a place to stay when visiting family at unc, this is it.
Great place to stay. This is a great place in terms of convenience, comfort and cost We went to Chapel Hill for a "destination" wedding held at the Carolina Inn. Not only was Chapel Hill Inntown the most convenient place to stay (other than the Carolina Inn itself, at more than twice the price) but we enjoyed having two bedrooms so part of our family could stay in the same condo with us. The rest of our family stayed in the unit next door, which made it very convenient to gather together with our children and grandchildren for meals and socializing. Eric was kind enough to permit pets, so kenneling the dogs at home was not necessary -- they stayed with us. The units were quiet, comfortably appointed and well furnished with linens and kitchen utensils. Should we ever return to beautiful and charming Chapel Hill, we would not hesitate to again stay at the Chapel Hill Inntown condos.
