If you have a nice car and they know you, feel free to go. Lets see..Overpriced ..Non-Communicative..Dishonest...and if your car is old they the tend to treat you like crap...

Examples.. Said they could not get a part for my car from a certain salvage yard and it did not matter because the cost of the work would be more than the value of my car..really that is what they said.Called the yard myself and they had plenty of the parts and I got someone else to do it for relatively cheap...

Next..My car overheated...part was about 25..labor 130...the real problem is that I have taken it back to them 4 times for the same issue...why take it back..they guaranteed the work and I think they should fix it..

On more example..car cut off (over heated again)called them to tow it..said they would call me the next day ..I have called them twice..no call from them..I am making arrangements to get the car sent to another mechanic..This is the "old boys network" in full effect, so some people should not have any issues I would presume...

I had a very good experience. I needed to get some motorcycles and a van inspected. They were very quick and efficient. When they found a problem with the van, they did not pressure me to have them do it, but rather showed me how to fix the problem on my own. It was also helpful that they inspect motorcycles. No one else seems to want to do them.

guys didn't seem to care. I did not have a good experience here. Customer service seemed unenthusiastic and they were not forthcoming about price estimates or when it would be done. Afterward I found they had used slightly incorrect, shoddy parts, and were dismisssive and rude when I asked them to make it right.

Amazingly rude. I took my car to East Franklin Car Care and opted not to do the expensive repair they recommended. When I said I didn't want the repair, they they told me to not bring my car back there and hung upon me!

I found this irrational and amazingly offensive. These guys do good work, but they are really jerks. Go somewhere else.
