ask for the good value glasses. This shop is very expensive but they do have deals if you ask. "Where is your Value Pack?" seems to be the magic question- shhhhh, don't tell them I told you their secret.

Long Time Customer Happy. I have been getting my eye exams here for many years and have always had complete confidence in the doctor. She is patient and takes time to answer all my concerns.

WARNING: Do not go here. They have given myself and my son the wrong prescription for both contacts and glasses.

my husband said that when he went to a new optometrist, that chapel hill gave him contacts that people haven't used for years or so out-dated.

The thing of all is when you give them this feed-back they act oblivious, i've never seen anything like it.

3 in our family w/contacts and glass, all 3 of us suffered from going here.

gave me wrong prescription (confirmed by other docs), go elsewhere. I received the wrong prescription and young dr. refused to accept the problem(s) I had with the contact lenses.

Went elsewhere to competent (even less expensive) drs. who listened to the problem, analyzed all the options, and solved it. Don't waste your time and money here.

NOT RECOMMENDED.

Suspicious reviews. I have not gone to this optometrist, but I find it AWFULLY suspicious that three postings (that coincidientally just RAVE about this optometrist) were all posted on the same date. I find it hard to believe that three people would all have exams on the same day and ALL decide to post on Citysearch the very same day!

Delightful Practice!. If you need an eye exam in Chapel Hill- go here! The doctor is excellent- and very thorough. I left smiling because the staff was so friendly and nice. Best customer service I've seen in a medical office yet. I highly recommend this practice.

Great, friendly environment. The doctor and staff at chapel hill eyecare were very helpful from start to finish. It was my first visit with them and they made me feel like ive been a patient there for many years. They have a great selection of frames too. I would reccommend them to anyone.

Excellent practice. I've been going to Chapel Hill Eyecare for five years and I love the treatment that I get when I go there. I think they are very meticulous and I have never felt I was just another number. The staff have always been patient and knowledgeable when they take me to the prep area to do tests before I see the doctor. The exams are extremely thorough and Ive never felt that the doctor was trying to rush through my exam just to get finished to move on to the next patient. Also, I have always found that the doctor answers my questions fully and she never, ever talks down to me or makes me feel that any questions I have are stupid. I like going here (in fact I drive over an hour to come here); I firmly believe they are fully committed to providing really excellent personalized care.

Great Service - Great People. Having worn glasses / contacts for 59 years, it is my impression from all the exams contacts, glasses the I have had that there is not a finer place to obtain your glasses / contacts / eye exam than from Chapel Hill Eyecare. The staff is friendly and helpful, the service is great, and they care about YOU! What more can be said? I would highly recommend them for all of you eye care needs.

OK, three reviews in one day -- partly my fault. Was appalled at the first review and at my last visit talked to other patients and told the of the review... so therefore, the three. My last visit a couple of days ago was just as satisfying as all my other visits. So loyal customers, when shown/told of a review that is not correct respond.
