Terrible staff. This was my first and what I hope to be my last experience at BWW - my inexperience showed as I couldn't make a quick enough decision for the waitress, apparently. She teased my dinner companions (who are regulars) and said, "What are you guys doing, bringing a rookie in here?" Then when I tried to make a selection on the jukebox, it automatically turned off the filler music that was playing. The waitress got mad at me and yelled across the restaurant, "Why did you turn off my music?" Hey, I didn't know it was HER music, I was just playing a few songs. Once my songs were playing the staff turned the music down so low we couldn't hear any of the songs. We asked the staff to turn it back up, but they only did so after my songs finished playing. When we mentioned it to the staff, they turned the music up so loud it was unbearable.

I am disgusted with this restaurant and will never go back. What a waste of money and time.

horrible service. WHile the food hee is pretty good, the service is abysmal. Try going there at lunch time on a weekday. The wait staff is very absent minded and the food takes forever to get out to you. Just recently, we had gone to lunch there and after wating an hour for our food, we got up and walked out.

My monday night hangout!. I agree with the other reviews...this place is great! It is my new Monday night hangout: 2-for-1 burgers, $10 buckets of beer, NTN trivia, and a great staff!

Great Drink Prices. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last week. Fantastic wings, and the best daily drink specials I have found in Chapel Hill. The bartenders were very friendly as well.

Don't miss this place!. Okay, I know that Buffalo Wild Wings has been in Chapel Hill for years, but this placed has changed a lot! I love the new staff,the great atmosphere, and oh yeah-20 beers on tap! Plus, they have this awesome new thing they call the "Blazin Challenge"! If you can eat 12 of the blazin wings(the hottest they have) in 6 minutes, you get your name and picture on the wall. You also get a shirt that says that you have survived the Blazin Challenge, pretty cool.

Don't miss this place just because it is a little further down on franklin street. This place is great!

Great wings great bartenders. Had wings the other day and they were awesome. The bartender was nice played the triva with me and always had a fresh beer ready.
